AOS awardPhal. Gold Tris

A hybrid of Phal. Taipei Gold x Phal. equestris, Gold Tris is a winner of the Award of Merit from the American Orchid Society. It is a Halequin, mini-phalaenopsis.

Watering tips for phals: Plastic pots retain more water than clay pots due to less evaporation. Larger pots dry out more slowly than smaller ones. Pete moss or Shagnum moss can increase water retention.

Phals need mild wet conditions because of the lack of pseudobulb.
